Times & Dates
Join us every Thursday and Saturday for our immersive cooking classes, running from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. To ensure you get the most out of your experience, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the cooking session commences.
The heart and soul of our culinary experience is, Chef Simone. With a rich background in African cuisine, Chef Simone’s passion for food has been shaped by her upbringing, surrounded by a diverse tapestry of exotic herbs and spices.
Our cooking classes are priced at $130 per person, which covers the entire experience. This comprehensive package includes 3.5 hours of immersive African cooking lessons, a delectable lunch featuring the dishes you prepare, and refreshing beverages.

To make your culinary experience even more convenient, we offer shuttle transport on a commuter bus that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Our goal is to ensure that your journey to and from Port Douglas and Mossman is hassle-free, allowing you to focus on enjoying your time with us.

Lunch & Refreshments:
As the highlight of your experience, we present a delectable lunch showcasing the African dishes you’ve masterfully prepared during the class. Complementing this feast, we offer a complimentary glass of wine, along with soft drink, beer, and water options, ensuring your meal is perfectly paired to your preferences.
Our communal dining experience takes place on our inviting deck, where all guests gather around a shared table. Here, you can savor your creations, immerse yourself in stunning mountain views, and engage in lively discussions about your culinary discoveries.

Our menu predominantly features gluten-free dishes, and we can readily adapt our recipes to cater to your preferences.
To enable us to serve you better, please notify us well in advance if you have any such dietary needs or requirements.
To ensure an intimate and focused learning environment, our classes are intentionally limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session. This allows us to provide personalized attention, fostering a more immersive and engaging culinary experience. We recommend reserving your spot early to guarantee your place in our small-group cooking classes. This way, you can make the most of your time with us and truly savor the flavors of Africa.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
We are generally unable to offer a refund, but are happy to assist you in rescheduling your cooking class booking to for another date.
Please email us at email@example.com to request booking changes. Please notify us at least 5 days before your class.
Late notice and re-booking:
If you are unwell and unable to attend your class, and unable to give us sufficient notice, we would request that you send someone else in your place, if you can.
A minimum of 8 guests is required for the class to proceed.
If we do not have this minimum number we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the class, but we will notify you to make sure it is convenient for you to attend the rescheduled class.
